This Retreat offers Wim Hof Method breathwork by a trained instructor, gentle yoga, meditation, magnificent nature walks and cacao ceremony for healing and transformation.

Experience the 3 pillars of the Wim Hof Method: Breathing Technique, Cold Exposure & Commitment in the experthands of a certified WHM Instructor.
Find out how you can utilize oxygen and cold exposure to optimize body & mind, and learn about the underlying physiology.
There will be ample personal attention, and feedback tailored to your specific situation. Whether you are looking to improve mental or physical performance, relieve symptoms related to an illness, or are just curious to find out what the Wim Hof Method is all about— a WHM workshop offers something for everyone.
The program includes a breathing session and an (optional)ice bath. At the end there is ample room for reflection, and your Instructor is there to answer questions throughout the workshop.
If you have no prior experience with cold exposure, we recommend you finish your showers cold in the days leading up to the workshop. This may be overwhelming at first, but just try to relax, focus on your breath, and bring it into a controlled, steady rhythm.

Gentle yoga sessions will support relaxation, whilst also engaging flexibility and strength. Priority is given to the special needs of each individual.
Evening relaxation & meditation helps to draw you into a state of rest, calm healing and inner connection.
Cacao ceremony - Ceremonial grade cacao, warm and nourishing drink consumed with the intention of self-transformation.
Setting intentions gives you the opportunity to recognise, explore and define some changes you would like to make during your cleanse.
Rest periods are scheduled despite a full program! Although you are encouraged to partake in activities, there is no pressure. Listen to your body, and rest when you need to

Our Retreat is facilitated by experienced yoga instructor and massage therapist, Elaine Hackner.
Elaine shares her wisdom and experience in body work and yoga which spans over 25 years of practice and exploration. Her individualised approach gives priority to your special needs. Elaine will take you on a journey of self discovery and reconnection.
Yoga helps us to become more in touch with deeper aspects of ourselves and better resourced to face daily challenges. Coordination of posture (asana) and breathing (pranayama) helps to anchor us in the present moment.
Elaine integrates different modalities: deep tissue massage, craniosacral therapy, aromatherapy oils and reflexology, into a unique therapeutic treatment. She also draws on tools from Meridian therapy, Kinesiology and Psych-K to provide insight into unconscious beliefs, emotions and recurring patterns which often accompany physical problems.
The Retreat will take place at the luxurious Cape Point Villa located in the coastal town of Scarborough. The Villa offers 5 comfortable en-suite bedrooms, spacious outdoor area, a salt water swimming pool and incredible view of the Cape Point nature reserve.
