Wild Greens Foraging Workshop
This half day experience will introduce you to some of our local edible seaweeds and indigenous wild plants. Explore the magical world of rock pools, meet like-minded people, learn how to sustainably harvest and prepare your macro-algae and watch recipe demos cooked on fire. A celebratory lunch meal will be enjoyed by all in our cosy clay home.
We hope to educate and inspire with our foraging workshops, providing you with the know-how to harvest and prepare your own wild greens.
Our workshop includes a 3 course meal where seaweed is used as the main theme, and you et to go home with an online info booklet with recipes and other cool facts about seaweed and wild plants.
Price: R850 for 2 people
- 4-course plant-based meal included in our cozy clay home, after a beach foraging walk.
